Being_in_control

A Controlling_entity has control of a Dependent_entity, Dependent_situation, or Dependent_variable. She was in control of the empire within two days. This frame is distinct from Control in that the Controlling_entity is not fully asserted to be currently controlling the Dependent_entity, Dependent_situation, or Dependent_variable, but rather is attentive to it and capable of making the situation correspond to the desired state at any time.
