Limiting

An Agent or Cause limits a Range_of_options to having a certain Characteristic. The Characteristic may be that only certain types of the Range_of_options may be acceptable, or (in the case of a plural or mass Range_of_options) that only certain cardinalities or quanties are acceptable.
